Tenderstem® broccoli originated in Japan when the traditional Chinese kale was crossed with broccoli, retaining all the best characteristics of each, but with loads more nutrients than either one, making it one of the healthiest green vegetables around.

This sweet and tender vegetable is really versatile. You can eat the whole stem and it can be blanched, boiled, steamed, roasted, deep-fried or grilled, and in fact, it tastes great raw, so it can also be added to a salad.

Not only does it taste great, but it is packed with nutrients, making it one of our healthiest vegetables.
